Set of two skinny BPA-free acrylic double wall tumblers perfect for keeping the bride and groom hydrated on their special day! Choose from our extensive selection of fonts and colors! Each tumbler will also come with a PersonalizedMoments care/gift tag made from heavy cardstock with a blank area inside where you can write a special note.

Each tumbler holds 16 ounces of your favorite beverage and is created using high quality outdoor vinyl. Comes with lid and straw for each. Hand wash only.

We pride ourselves in shipping orders within 3-5 business days from payment, so you don't have to wait weeks for your glasses to be made or pay rush fees for a quick turnaround!

Sizing of letters may vary slightly due to differences in font spacing and number of letters in each name. Making sure that each tumbler looks amazing is of the utmost importance to us!

You can rest easy ordering glasses from Personalized Moments- should your item arrive damaged despite the secure packaging, I am happy to replace and reship items at no additional charge to you! Simply take a photo showing the damage and send it to me via etsy convo within 24 hours of delivery (determined by carrier tracking information). I cannot accept photos/replace broken items reported more than 24 hours after delivery. Thank you for understanding.

Credit/debit card via paypal or Etsy direct checkout, Etsy gift cards. Please note, payment made by e-check via paypal may delay your items as production will not begin until payment has cleared.

Personal checks, money orders and cash are not accepted. Thank you for understanding.

Deposits, payment plans, installments are available only when fully discussed/arranged via etsy convo before purchasing. Please send me a message if you are looking to place a large order and would like to divide it up into more manageable installments for full details.

Payment must be received in full prior to beginning your order, as well as working on any additions/customizations requested via convo/order notes that has not been paid for.

Shipping from United States

Each piece is personalized and shipped from Maine, USA. Transit time varies based on your location, weather, holidays/weekends and the shipping carrier used. I can provide you with the date your order is scheduled to ship, however once it is given to the carrier I cannot guarantee the delivery date. At this time I am only shipping orders within the USA.

I ship orders Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays when the post office is closed.

To be kinder to the environment and because many of these are given as gifts, I do not include any invoicing/price information in the package.

Each item is securely packaged and padded with a combination of the following supplies: bubble wrap, paper, packing peanuts, tape and sturdy cardboard boxes. At this time I do not offer gift wrapping services.

Returns and exchange details

Each item is personalized and made to order. Please understand to keep my products affordable, I cannot cancel/refund your order once I have committed the materials to it (such as cutting the vinyl) as personalized items cannot be resold. I can only accept a return/exchange if I have made in error in typing the personalization as it was provided to me. I am not responsible for canceled/changed events or misspelling names/wrong dates etc if they have been provided to me that way in the original order. Please be sure you double check your notes before finalizing your order.

Our listing photos feature our designs and suggested default fonts/colors that we personally think work well together. As artists, we understand that everyone has different tastes in design and color; we do not judge your selections. All customization is done at your own risk and orders that follow the design examples we provide and your customization instructions do not qualify for a refund/replacement. Due to the nature of handmade designs, there can be some variance in placement from order to order. If you are unsure about your font and/or color choice, we offer up to three digital mock ups included with your purchase. Mock ups beyond the first three are available for an additional design charge. Please leave a note in the message to seller area during checkout requesting a mock up and we will send one to you via etsy convo.

I provide a tracking number for each of my packages; I will replace items lost in transit after a reasonable timeframe provided the proper paperwork is filed with the carrier, however should the package be marked as delivered on the tracking information, refunds/replacements will not be sent. Items will need to be repurchased, including shipping costs.

Sometimes items arrive broken despite being packaged securely. In order to qualify for a replacement, please send me a photo showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery and I will remake the damaged items and reship them to you. Due to the nature of the shipping, I cannot accept photos/replace broken items reported more than 24 hours after delivery. (based on carrier tracking information)

Please note that due to differences in computers and monitors, the color in person may vary from the color(s) you view on screen despite my attempt to represent them as accurately as possible.

Rush order information:

Sometimes things happen and you need your order made even faster than our lighting quick 3-5 business day turnaround. We offer a rush service at an additional fee for those that need it.

Please note: all of our orders are important to us and we work to get them completed as fast as possible without compromising quality. We work extra late when we have rush orders as to not delay our regular orders,

To place a RUSH order:

*Please contact me with all details (including delivery zip code) PRIOR to ordering to verify that it is possible and to make sure I have your glassware details in advance.

*Once we have verified all information, we will set up your custom order. Rush orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Rush orders are non-refundable.

*RUSH orders are required to ship via Priority Mail (or overnight) with an estimated transit time of 2-4 business days. Neither we nor the USPS guarantee shipping timeframes, however we've found that barring extreme weather or traffic issues their timeframes are pretty accurate.

Where to I put the order information?

After clicking on the "add to cart" button, please leave all the order information (color, font, names, etc.) in the message to seller on the following screen. Once you complete the order it will come through on my end. I'll contact you if any of the details are missing or unclear.

Care instructions

I recommend light hand washing only. If the glasses are exposed to high prolonged heat, abrasives, or chemicals the vinyl may peel. It is an outdoor rated vinyl, so under normal conditions it should last a long time!

I ordered these bottles for my friend's wedding. I was concerned that the items wouldn't come in time, but Alan was really helpful in helping me choose the best shipping method, and they even came a week earlier than I needed them!
